Our doors are open from early in the morning until late at night. Our chef Mick Denneman and his team have created a menu for every moment of the day. Their creative approach to our fresh ingredients turn each dish, classic and contemporary, into a surprising piece of art. We use many local products in our kitchen. Our mushrooms, for example, are from Amsterdam-Noord, and we also serve duck from the Veluwe. We try to meet every lifestyle and wallet with our versatile menu.
