Meeting or presentation at LELY
Are you organising a meeting, training session, or presentation out of the office? Our lounge room can be arranged for different group sizes and configurations. We will coordinate in advance how you wish to use the space, what time you will start, and which facilities are needed, so your gathering can proceed without unnecessary interruptions.
Possible layouts depend on the number of attendees and your preferred way of working. Options include a communal table, a presentation-focused layout, or extra space for smaller breakout conversations. We can advise on what is practically feasible within the space.
A complete programme
Combine your meeting with coffee, freshly squeezed juices, a group lunch, drinks or dinner. This allows you to easily create a complete programme at a single venue. LELY is located directly next to Amsterdam Lelylaan station and is easily accessible for participants arriving by public transport.
For longer meetings, we can schedule multiple break times. For example, a welcome with coffee, lunch at a set time, and closing drinks. By sharing the schedule beforehand, we can coordinate our service to avoid any unnecessary interruptions to your meeting.
Facilities and Request
Please indicate in your request how many participants you expect, which setup you require, and whether you would like to use a projector or other equipment. Also mention your preferences for food and drinks. We will confirm what is available and make clear agreements beforehand regarding the schedule and costs.
If possible, test presentation materials before the start and bring any necessary cables or adapters. Do you have a tight schedule or external speakers? Please send us the programme so we can take into account the reception, breaks, and the time by which the space must be ready.
